Wesley B. Beamon - Attorney and Owner
Wesley is a native of Americus, Georgia and worked for the City of Americus for seventeen years as a firefighter-paramedic. He currently volunteers with Schley County Fire as a firefighter-paramedic. He earned his Associates Degree from Central Georgia Technical College in Health Studies and his Bachelors Degree in Fire Science Administration from Waldorf College in Forrest City, Iowa. Wesley earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University. He is a certified mediator and arbitrator and has conducted numerous mediations. Mr. Beamon served in the United States Marine Corps for six years. He is admitted to practice in Middle and Northern District of Georgia Courts. He is a certified DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor as well as a certified Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement.
Peter H. Banse - Attorney
Peter is a native of New York State and moved to Georgia in 2008, after 37 years of private law practice in the state of Vermont. Peter received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Norte Dame in 1967. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1971. Peter is a member of the Georgia Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the Vermont Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Paul "Wesley" Larkin - Associate Attorney
Wesley was raised in Leesburg, Georgia and graduated from Crisp Academy. He earned his bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. He has served as a private attorney in Florida and most recently as a legislative assistant for a state representative in the Florida Legislature. He is a licensed attorney in both Georgia and Florida. He is a certified mediator and is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals. Wesley is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Young Lawyers Division and the Kiwanis Club of Americus.
